PRECINCT CONVENTION PURPOSES
- One purpose of the PRECINCT CONVENTION is to elect delegates and alternates to the COUNTY CONVENTION. At the County Convention, delegates and alternates are selected to attend the STATE CONVENTION and in PRESIDENTIAL years, delegates and alternates are selected to attend the NATIONAL CONVENTION.
- Consider resolutions or statements on policy issues to send to the next higher convention and/or for eventual inclusion in the STATE or NATIONAL Party platform.
- The Precinct Convention is where it all BEGINS!! Please try to attend.
