NOTICE OF 2024 PRECINCT & COUNTY CONVENTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Angelina County Republican Party will hold the 2024 Precinct Convention with the County Convention immediately following on Saturday, March 23, 2024, beginning at 9am at Fairview Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas.
Republicans from all precincts in Angelina County are invited to attend and participate. Please see below for agenda and purpose of convention.
The purpose of the conventions is to:
· Elect delegates & alternates to attend the state convention.
· Offer, debate, and vote on resolutions to add to Party Platform
· Participate on committees which can make rules for the Party and approve the Platform.
· Choose Party Leadership
